Job Description |
Develop business plan and roadmap for achieving the milestones |
Expand customer base across territory assigned, make inroads into untapped area and open door for expansion of business. |
Develop a healthy sales funnel that is reflective of market potential and meeting of monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets. |
With Customer First ideology, nurture relationships with existing accounts with a view to enhance sale of Muvtons products and initiate necessary actions, activities to identify and convert opportunities |
Prospecting to revenue generation (its features, reports and dashboard) to maintain an accurate record of opportunities, leads, wins and losses. |
Work with 'Inquisitive mind' to tap any and every opportunity for expansion of product line |
Plan the weekly, monthly, quarterly visit plans and stay engaged with customers - existing and new with efficient usage of CRM. |
Market intelligence for competitive advantage. |
What you will do |
Generate Sales Revenue in the assigned region through existing key accounts as well as through new business development |
Sales Order Booking including New Clients and Ultra High Value Client - Nos and revenue |
Key Customer satisfaction score |
What we are looking for in you |
Management graduate with 8 to 10 yrs of work exp into industrial B2B direct selling |
Keen learner with AGILE mindset, Persuasive |
Excellent Communication, presentation and negotiation Skills |
Should be able to do 'Value Selling' to the top decision makers at various corporates |
